i am not sure it's a great idea to mix temporary actions (suspending) with permanent ones (removing their posts)

I’m more concerned about abusive content so would like the option to remove it along with the user in question.

I’m not talking about regular user moderation where you may want to retain the user.

you are mentioning unsuspending of the user and that means it can be considered temporary
