Instance-wide word/hashtag filters
As an addon to ISH-440 it would be -awesome- if the server admin can setup instance-wide word/hashtag filtering for remote/federated sources where the server just drops the entire message before it saves to the timeline.
Which is insanely useful for relays imo.
Maybe make the list be public though for logged in users so the end users know about it.

Like don’t get me wrong I can see the pitfalls with this but it could be very useful for combating spam and malicious posts/attacks.
