emoji picker scrolls away with timeline
if you have the emoji picker open while in post draft view, it will scroll away with the timeline if you scroll with it.
it seems this is the intentional behavior for reactions, but i would assume its not for post drafting

Can confirm - this is occurring for me on MacOS, Edge., latest version. And only in full desktop mode, 3 columns.
