For so-called "hellthreads" (characterized by very wide threads, i.e. reply to a reply to a reply to a reply to a reply), we want special handling - instead of displaying them as a tree structure we want to display them linearly, in chronological order. This should of course be toggleable both for the thread and globally as a user default.
