When the notification panel appear and I try to click on the "..." to open more options, I get no responses from the interface. When reducing size of window and passing the notification panel into a tab, the more option button works as intended.

I hoped that the more option menu shows up on the page.

Testing on plain firefox, chromium, mobile firefox and zen.
