With reports now being implemented, the admin and moderators should have some way to get notified of new reports, especially outside of the instance itself.

I would like to suggest either adding an option to send emails specifically to admin/moderators on:

1. New user registration

2. New user posts

3. New reports that need to be addressed

Or using something like https://pushover.net/ for notifications.
